At Alluvium, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. If your
purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help you find the right fit or arrange a return with
ease. Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and reliable—so you can shop with confidence.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Defective or Incorrect Items
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, items with manufacturing defects or
those that do not match the product description may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
▪ Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
▪ In their original condition
▪ Returned with all Alluvium tags and original packaging intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
• Regional Returns
Returns must be processed within the same country/market in which the purchase was made.
• Return Deadline
The exact return window for your order will be indicated in your order details.
2. How to Initiate a Return Online
You can easily initiate a return or exchange through our online portal:

2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
4. Choose the reason for your request
5. Select your preferred refund method (original payment method or store credit)
Once your request is submitted, you will receive a Return Authorization email, and our courier partner
will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup.

All returned items are inspected by our quality control team upon receipt.
Returns are processed only after inspection and approval.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
• Digital Payments:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending
on your bank’s processing time.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
5. Shipping Fees
• Exchanges
One complimentary size exchange is offered per order.
• Returns (Change of Mind)
A standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (amount may vary based on
location).
• Defective or incorrect Items
Alluvium will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Worn or damaged items
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
• Customized or altered pieces
7. Limited Edition Items
Due to the exclusive nature of our limited-run collections, exchanges are subject to availability.
If your requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose between a full refund or store credit.
